Quick Caramelized Banana with Coconut Sauce

- Cooking Oil5 ml
- Banana100 g
- Sugar5 g
- Cornstarch5 g
- Vanilla Extract2 ml
- Water15 ml
Instructions

Slice banana into 1 cm thick rounds.

In a small bowl, whisk together coconut milk, cornstarch, and 15ml water until smooth. Set aside.

Heat cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add banana slices and sprinkle with sugar. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and caramelized.
