Banh Canh Noodles80 g
Shrimp120 g
Pork Loin100 g
Chicken Broth300 ml
Fish Sauce15 ml
Garlic5 g
Green Onion10 g
Cilantro5 g
Black Pepper2 g
Cooking Oil8 ml

Instructions

Slice pork loin thinly. Peel and devein shrimp. Mince garlic. Chop green onion and cilantro.

In a small pot, bring chicken broth to a simmer. Add sliced pork and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes until pink.

In a separate pot, cook Banh Canh noodles according to package instructions until al dente, typically 2-3 minutes. Drain well.

Heat cooking oil in a small pan. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add to the broth.

Season the soup with fish sauce and black pepper to taste.
