cooked chicken breast, diced100 g
egg, whole, raw90 g
cooked rice100 g
onion, chopped20 g
garlic, minced5 g
olive oil4 ml
salt1 g
black pepper1 g

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cooked chicken breast, stirring for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and heated through.

Push the chicken and vegetables to one side of the pan.

In a small bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.

Pour the whisked eggs into the empty side of the pan. Scramble gently until cooked through.

Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix everything together.

Cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.
