Pear150 g
Spinach50 g
Protein Powder25 g
Water150 ml

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients. Wash the pear thoroughly, remove the core, and chop it into rough pieces. Wash the spinach. (3 minutes)

Step 2: Add the chopped pear, spinach, 50 grams of protein powder, and 300 ml of water to a blender. (1 minute)

Step 3: Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more water until desired consistency is reached. (1 minute)

Step 4: Pour into two glasses and serve immediately. (0.5 minutes)
