Milk300 ml
Protein Powder48 g
Peaches100 g
Chia Seeds10 g

Instructions

Thinly slice the peaches (5 minutes).

In a saucepan, combine the oats and milk. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes until the oats are cooked and the porridge has thickened.

Remove from heat. Stir in the protein powder and chia seeds until well combined and smooth (1 minute).

Divide the porridge into two bowls. Top each with sliced peaches and almonds (1 minute).
