- Sesame oil2.5 ml
- Olive oil2.5 ml
- Soy sauce (dairy-free)7.5 ml
- Fresh ginger (grated)2.5 g

Drain the tofu well. Press out excess water by wrapping it in paper towels or a clean cloth and placing something heavy on top for 10-15 minutes. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes (about 2-3 cm).
