- Sirloin Steak (raw)200 g
- Potato150 g
- Green Beans100 g
- Fresh Rosemary3 g
- Fresh Thyme3 g
Instructions

Pat the steaks dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, combine 5 ml olive oil, half of the chopped herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the steaks. Let the steaks marinate at room temperature for at least 15-20 minutes (or refrigerate for longer if time allows).
