- Halal Beef Sirloin100 g
- Hard Cheese10 g
- Salt1 pinch
- Black Pepper1 pinch
- Egg1 unit
- Ghee15 g
Instructions

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Pat the beef sirloin dry with paper towels, season generously with salt and pepper. Place the cheese in a small circle on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

For the Cheese Crisp: Bake the cheese in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove and let cool.

For the Steak: Add 5g of ghee to the hot pan. Sear the sirloin for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. Remove from pan and let rest for 5 minutes.

For the Ghee Poached Egg: While the steak rests, add the remaining 10g of ghee to a small saucepan over medium-low heat until melted. Carefully crack the egg into the ghee. Poach gently for 3-5 minutes, spooning hot ghee over the yolk, until the whites are set and the yolk is still runny. Season with salt and pepper.
