Instructions

Ensure the 45 grams of Medjool dates are pitted (2 minutes).

In a food processor, combine the pitted dates, 65 grams of plant-based protein powder, 10 grams of walnuts, 10 grams of sunflower seeds, and 5 grams of cocoa powder (2 minutes).

Process until the mixture starts to come together into a sticky dough. If too dry, add 10 ml of water, 1 ml at a time, until it reaches a workable consistency (4 minutes).
