- Bell Pepper40 g
- Spinach30 g
- Onion15 g
- Bell Pepper40 g
- Olive Oil4 g
- Black Pepper0.3 tsp
- Salt0.3 tsp
- Whole Grain Bread25 g
- Soya Sauce4 ml
- Nutritional Yeast4 g
- Turmeric0.5 tsp
Instructions

Press the tofu to remove excess water, then crumble it into small pieces.

Dice the bell pepper and onion. Roughly chop the spinach.

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper, sauté for 3 minutes until softened.

Add crumbled tofu, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for 3-4 minutes, breaking up any large tofu clumps.

Stir in spinach, soya sauce, and nutritional yeast. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until spinach wilts.
