Spinach100 g
Cherry Tomato125 g
Red Onion37.5 g
Olive Oil3.8 ml
Nutritional Yeast22.5 g
Turmeric0.5 tsp

Black Pepper0.1 tsp

Instructions

Step 1: Press the tofu to remove excess water, then crumble it into a bowl. Season with turmeric, salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped red onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Step 3: Add the crumbled tofu to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it starts to brown slightly.

Step 4: Stir in the spinach and cherry tomatoes. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the spinach wilts and tomatoes are slightly softened. Serve immediately.
