- Spinach75 g
- Cherry Tomato75 g
- Red Onion20 g
- Olive Oil5 g
- Black Salt0.5 g
- Dried Oregano0.5 g

- Nutritional Yeast7.5 g

Instructions

Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water. Crumble it into a bowl.

Dice the red onion and halve the cherry tomatoes. Chop the spinach coarsely.

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add red onion and sauté for 2 minutes until softened.
