Firm Tofu100 g
Cherry Tomatoes75 g
Kalamata Olives30 g
Olive Oil10 ml
Lemon Juice5 ml
Dried Oregano1 tsp
Fresh Basil5 leaves
Salt0.5 tsp
Black Pepper0.3 tsp

Instructions

Step 1: Gently press tofu to remove excess water, then cut into 1.5 cm cubes.

Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Add tofu cubes and gently toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 5 minutes.

Step 3: Thread marinated tofu cubes, cherry tomatoes, and Kalamata olives onto small skewers. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
