Spinach100 g
Feta Cheese30 g
Whole Wheat Bread1 slice
Olive Oil0.5 tsp
Salt0.3 tsp
Black Pepper0.1 tsp

Instructions

Crack eggs into a bowl, whisk well with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add spinach and sauté for 2 minutes until wilted.

Pour in the whisked eggs and scramble for 2-3 minutes, stirring gently, until cooked to your liking.

Just before removing from heat, gently fold in the crumbled feta cheese.

Toast the whole wheat bread. Serve the scrambled eggs alongside the toast.
