Cucumber150 g
Cherry Tomato150 g
Red Onion30 g
Kalamata Olive30 g
Feta Cheese30 g
Olive Oil15 g
Lemon Juice15 ml
Parsley10 g
Salt1 g
Black Pepper0.5 g
Dried Oregano1 g

Instructions

Rinse and drain chickpeas thoroughly. Dice the cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Finely chop the red onion and fresh parsley.

In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and pitted Kalamata olives.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano to create the dressing.

Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.
