In a bowl, combine the beef strips with half of the olive oil (3 ml), lime juice (from 1 lime), cumin (3 g), chili powder (3 g), paprika (2 g), minced garlic (5 g), salt (1 g), and black pepper (1 g). Marinate for at least 5 minutes while you prepare the vegetables. (Prep time: 2 minutes, Marinade time: 5+ minutes)

Slice the onion (120 g), bell pepper (120 g), and courgette (110 g) into strips. (Prep time: 8 minutes)

Heat the remaining olive oil (3 ml) in a large skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef strips in a single layer (cook in batches if necessary to avoid crowding) and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
