- Lemon Juice5 ml
- Salt0.2 tsp

- Smoked Salmon13.3 g
- Dill5 g
- Chives5 g
Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 160°C. In a bowl, combine almond flour, 1ml olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Mix until a dough forms. Roll out thinly between two sheets of parchment paper and cut into cracker shapes. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Let cool.

Step 2: While crackers bake, finely chop fresh dill and chives. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, half of the chopped dill and chives, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
