Lactose-Free Tofu Scramble with Spinach and Bell Pepper

Tofu200 g
Olive Oil7.5 ml
Spinach75 g
Bell Pepper50 g
Onion20 g
Garlic4 g
Nutritional Yeast4 g
Turmeric0.5 g
Black Salt0.5 g
Salt1 g
Black Pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Step 1: Press excess water from tofu. Crumble into a bowl. Add nutritional yeast, turmeric, black salt, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Step 2: Dice onion and bell pepper. Mince garlic. Wash and chop spinach.

Step 3: Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper; sauté for 3 minutes until softened.

Step 4: Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 5: Add the seasoned crumbled tofu to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly browned.
