Rye bread50 g
Lactose-free cottage cheese100 g
Smoked salmon60 g
Dill5 g
Black pepper1 g

Instructions

1. Toast the rye bread slices in a toaster or pan for 3-5 minutes until golden and crisp. (5 minutes)

2. While bread is toasting, finely chop the fresh dill. (2 minutes)

3. In a small bowl, combine the lactose-free cottage cheese with half of the chopped dill and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well. (1 minute)

4. Once the toast is ready, spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly over both slices. (1 minute)

5. Top each toast with smoked salmon slices and garnish with the remaining fresh dill. Serve immediately. (1 minute)
