Plant Milk500 ml
Apple200 g
Walnuts30 g
Cinnamon4 g
Sweetener10 g

Instructions

Measure the oats and plant milk into a saucepan.

Peel and dice the apple (this takes about 3 minutes). Add the diced apple to the saucepan along with the cinnamon.

Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally (this takes about 2 minutes).

Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, until the oatmeal is thick and creamy (this takes about 5 minutes).

While the oatmeal simmers, roughly chop the walnuts (this takes about 2 minutes).
