- Tofu250 g
- Spinach100 g
- Green Onion1 stalk
- Garlic1 clove
- Sesame Oil0.5 tbsp
- Olive Oil1.5 tbsp
- Salt0.3 tsp
- Black Pepper0.1 tsp
- Shiitake Mushroom100 g
- Soy Sauce1.5 tbsp
- Nutritional Yeast1 tbsp
Instructions

Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water. Crumble it into a bowl.

Thinly slice the shiitake mushrooms. Mince the garlic. Slice the green onions, separating white and green parts.
