Rolled Oats15 g
Dates15 g
Almond Butter10 g
Lactose-free Protein Powder7.5 g
Chia Seeds2.5 g
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder2 g

Instructions

Step 1: Place rolled oats, pitted dates, almond butter, lactose-free protein powder, chia seeds, and unsweetened cocoa powder into a food processor.

Step 2: Process on high until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky dough. If too dry, add a tiny bit of water or more almond butter, 1/2 teaspoon at a time.

Step 3: Roll the mixture into 4-6 small, bite-sized balls. Place them on a plate and refrigerate for at least 5 minutes to firm up before serving. Store any remaining bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
