Soy Yogurt250 g
Plant-based Protein Powder20 g
Apple75 g
Walnuts10 g
Chia Seeds5 g
Cinnamon1 g

Instructions

Wash and core the apple (1 minute). Dice the apple into small pieces (2 minutes).

In a bowl, combine 500g unsweetened soy yogurt and 40g plant-based protein powder. Stir well until the protein powder is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth (1.5 minutes).

Divide the yogurt mixture into two serving bowls. Top each serving with half of the diced apple, 20g walnuts, 10g chia seeds, and sprinkle with 2g cinnamon (0.5 minutes).
