Egg White100 g
Turkey Ham50 g
Spinach50 g
Mushroom50 g
Bell Pepper50 g
Onion25 g
Olive Oil7 ml
Salt1 g
Black Pepper0.5 g
Smoked Paprika1 g

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare vegetables. Dice the onion and bell pepper. Slice the mushrooms. (3 minutes)

Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together the whole eggs and egg whites. Season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. (2 minutes)

Step 3: Heat 7 ml of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and sliced mushrooms. Sauté for 3 minutes until vegetables begin to soften. (3 minutes)

Step 4: Add the turkey ham and spinach to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring, until the spinach wilts. (2 minutes)
