- Cucumber47 g
- Carrots23 g
- Hummus33 g
- Soya Sauce7 ml
Instructions

Step 1: Drain and press the extra-firm tofu well. Cut into stick shapes, about 1 cm thick.

Step 2: Wash and peel (if desired) cucumber and carrots. Cut into sticks similar in size to the tofu.

Step 3: Arrange tofu and vegetable sticks on a plate. Serve with hummus and a small bowl of soya sauce for dipping.
