Tofu175 g
Spinach50 g
Mushrooms75 g
Onion25 g
Garlic5 g
Nutritional Yeast12.5 g
Turmeric0.5 g
Olive Oil6 ml
Salt1 g
Pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Press the tofu to remove excess water, then crumble it into a bowl. Set aside. (3 minutes)

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms. (4 minutes)

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. (3 minutes)

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown, about 4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and turmeric, cook for 1 minute until fragrant. (5 minutes)

Add the crumbled tofu to the pan. Stir gently to combine with the vegetables. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. (3 minutes)

Stir in the nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. (3 minutes)
