Canned White Beans (drained and rinsed)100 g
Plain Greek Yogurt50 g
Olive Oil5 ml
Lime Juice10 ml
Chili Powder2 g
Cumin1 g
Garlic Powder1 g
Salt1 g
Water15 ml
Seasonal Vegetables (e.g., Radish, Cucumber, Bell Pepper)100 g

Instructions

Drain and rinse the canned white beans.

Combine the drained beans, plain Greek yogurt, olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and a splash of water (start with 15ml and add more if needed for desired consistency) in a food processor or blender.

Process until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Wash and slice the seasonal vegetables (radish, cucumber, bell pepper) into sticks or pieces suitable for dipping.
