Spinach50 g
Mushrooms75 g
Olive Oil7 ml
Nutritional Yeast10 g
Turmeric1 g
Black Salt1 g
Salt1 g
Black Pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Crumble the firm tofu into small pieces using your hands or a fork (1 minute).

Wash and slice the mushrooms (1 minute). Wash the spinach thoroughly (1 minute).

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat (1 minute). Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for 3 minutes until softened and lightly browned.

Add the spinach to the pan and cook for 1 minute until wilted.

Stir in the crumbled tofu, nutritional yeast, turmeric, black salt, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and well combined.
