Whole-grain Bread40 g

Instructions

Finely dice the bell pepper and zucchini. Roughly chop the spinach.

In a bowl, whisk together the whole eggs, egg whites, and whey protein isolate until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat for 1 minute.

Add the diced bell pepper and zucchini to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
