High Protein Scrambled Eggs with Spinach and Feta on Whole Grain Toast

Spinach75 g
Feta Cheese10 g
Whole Grain Bread20 g
Olive Oil1.5 g
Salt0.5 tsp
Black Pepper0.3 tsp

Instructions

Step 1: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, egg whites, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add spinach and sauté for 2-3 minutes until wilted.

Step 3: Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the spinach. As the eggs begin to set, gently push them from the edges towards the center, stirring occasionally for 3-4 minutes until cooked to your desired consistency.

Step 4: Crumble feta cheese over the scrambled eggs and stir gently to combine. Toast the whole grain bread.

Step 5: Divide the scrambled eggs between two plates and serve immediately with the toast.
