Feta20 g

Instructions

Wash the spinach.

In a bowl, whisk together the 6 eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper (2 minutes).

Heat 10 ml of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat (1 minute).

Add the 100g spinach to the pan and sauté until wilted (2 minutes).

Pour the whisked eggs over the spinach. As the eggs begin to set, gently push them towards the center of the pan with a spatula, allowing the uncooked egg to flow underneath (2 minutes).

Crumble the 20g feta cheese over the eggs.

Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through but still slightly moist (3 minutes).
