Smoked Salmon50 g
Whole Wheat Bread40 g
Olive Oil7 ml
Dill5 g

Step 1: Finely chop the fresh dill.

Step 2: In a bowl, whisk together the whole eggs and egg whites. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Step 3: Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Step 4: Pour in the egg mixture and let it set slightly. Gently push the cooked egg from the edges towards the center, allowing the uncooked egg to flow underneath.

Step 5: When the eggs are mostly set but still moist, gently fold in the smoked salmon pieces and chopped dill. Cook for another 1 minute until heated through.
