Spinach75 g
Lactose-Free Bread25 g
Olive Oil5 ml
Garlic0.5 clove
Salt0.5 g
Black Pepper0.3 g

Instructions

1. Mince the garlic (1 minute). Wash the spinach thoroughly (1 minute). Whisk the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper until well combined (1 minute).

2. Heat 5 ml of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat (1 minute). Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant (0.5 minute).

3. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes (1.5 minutes). Remove spinach and garlic from the skillet and set aside.

4. Add the remaining 5 ml of olive oil to the same skillet. Pour in the whisked eggs. Cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are set but still moist, about 3-4 minutes (3.5 minutes).

5. While eggs cook, toast the lactose-free bread (2 minutes).

6. Gently fold the sautéed spinach and garlic into the scrambled eggs. Serve immediately with the toasted lactose-free bread (1 minute).
