- Cottage Cheese50 g
- Olive Oil5 ml

- Black Pepper1 pinch
- Egg3.5 large
- Mushroom75 g
Instructions

Step 1: Slice mushrooms and finely chop spinach. Mince garlic and ginger.

Step 2: Heat 5ml olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Remove from pan and set aside.
