- Spinach50 g
- Onion25 g
- Garlic Powder1 g
- Olive Oil2.5 ml
- Salt1 g
- Pepper1 g
- Egg2.5 pcs
- Sweet Potato50 g
- Mushrooms50 g
Instructions
- 1Step 1
Dice the sweet potato into small, 1 cm cubes (3 minutes). Finely chop the onion (1 minute). Slice the mushrooms (1 minute). Roughly chop the spinach (0.5 minutes). Dice the chicken breast into small pieces (2 minutes).

Heat 5 ml of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat (0.5 minutes). Add diced sweet potato and cook for 5 minutes until slightly tender, stirring occasionally.

Add chopped onion to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes until softened. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes until browned.

Add diced chicken breast to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring until browned and cooked through. Season with 2g salt, 2g pepper, and 2g garlic powder.

In a separate bowl, whisk 5 large eggs. Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted (1 minute).
