Ingredients (Serves 2)

Firm tofu365 g
Natural peanut butter (dairy-free)1.5 tbsp
Water or broth4 tbsp
Salt0.3 tsp
Black pepper0.1 tsp
Carrots50 g
Red bell pepper50 g

Instructions

Roughly chop the tofu.

In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine the chopped tofu, peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of water or broth, salt, and black pepper.

Process until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Add 1-2 additional tablespoons of water or broth as needed to reach your desired dipping consistency.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Slice the carrots and red bell pepper into sticks for dipping.

Serve the dip alongside the fresh vegetable sticks.
