- Red bell pepper50 g
- Natural peanut butter (dairy-free)1.5 tbsp
- Salt0.3 tsp
- Black pepper0.1 tsp

- Water or broth4 tbsp
Instructions

Roughly chop the tofu.

In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine the chopped tofu, peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of water or broth, salt, and black pepper.

Add 1-2 additional tablespoons of water or broth as needed to reach your desired dipping consistency.
