Bell Pepper30 g

Cilantro5 g

Turmeric Powder2 g
Cumin Powder2 g
Garam Masala2 g

Instructions

Step 1: Finely chop the onion, bell pepper, and tomato. Mince the green chili and grate the ginger.

Step 2: Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Step 3: Add minced green chili, grated ginger, bell pepper, and tomato. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
