- Firm Tofu200 g
- Spinach100 g
- Onion25 g
- Garlic5 g
- Olive Oil7.5 ml
- Salt0.3 tsp
- Black Pepper0.1 tsp
- Nutritional Yeast2 tbsp
- Whole-grain Bread1 slice
- Turmeric0.5 tsp
Instructions

Press tofu for 10 minutes to remove excess water. Crumble it into a bowl.
