Firm Tofu200 g
Spinach100 g
Nutritional Yeast2 tbsp
Olive Oil7.5 ml
Whole-grain Bread1 slice
Onion25 g
Garlic5 g
Turmeric0.5 tsp
Salt0.3 tsp
Black Pepper0.1 tsp

Instructions

Press tofu for 10 minutes to remove excess water. Crumble it into a bowl.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Add crumbled tofu to the pan. Season with turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly golden.

Stir in the spinach until wilted, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the nutritional yeast.

Serve immediately with a slice of whole-grain toast per person.
