- Whole Wheat Bread40 g
Instructions

Step 1: Roughly chop the spinach. In a bowl, whisk together the egg white and whole egg with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the chopped spinach and sauté for 2 minutes until wilted.
