Egg Whites150 g
Bell Pepper0.5 medium
Spinach50 g
Feta Cheese20 g
Olive Oil0.5 tsp
Whole Wheat Bread1 slice
Salt0.3 tsp
Black Pepper0.1 tsp

Instructions

Dice the bell pepper and roughly chop the spinach.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and egg whites with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the diced bell pepper and sauté for 2 minutes until slightly softened.

Add the spinach and cook for 1 minute until wilted.
