High Protein Greek Yogurt Parfait with Apple and Toasted Walnuts

Ingredients (Serves 2)

Greek Yogurt200 g
Apple50 g
Walnut15 g
Honey2.5 g
Cinnamon1 g

Instructions

Preheat a dry skillet over medium heat. Add walnuts and toast for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fragrant and lightly browned. Let cool.

Wash and core the apple, then slice it thinly or dice it into small pieces.

In two serving glasses or bowls, layer half of the Greek yogurt. Top with half of the apple slices and half of the toasted walnuts.

Drizzle each serving with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
