Whey Protein Powder30 g
Frozen Berries50 g
Walnuts15 g
Honey5 g

Instructions

Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and whey protein powder. Whisk vigorously until the protein powder is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth and lump-free.

Step 2: Divide the yogurt mixture evenly between two serving bowls.

Step 3: Carefully layer the frozen berries over the yogurt in each bowl. If desired, lightly crush some of the berries for a more marbled effect.

Step 4: Roughly chop the walnuts and sprinkle them generously over the berries.
