Whey Protein Isolate20 g
Whole Wheat Pita Bread85 g

Bell Pepper100 g
Cucumber100 g
Kalamata Olive15 g
Fresh Dill2 tbsp
Fresh Mint1 tbsp
Garlic Powder0.5 tsp
Lemon Juice1 tbsp
Salt0.3 tsp
Black Pepper0.1 tsp

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the Skyr and whey protein isolate. Whisk until smooth.

Finely chop the fresh dill and mint. Add to the Skyr mixture along with garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.

Cut the bell pepper and cucumber into thin sticks suitable for dipping.
