Instructions

Finely chop the fresh dill and mince the garlic.

In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, whey protein isolate, chopped dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Stir well to combine all ingredients. For a smoother dip, you can briefly blend it with an immersion blender or food processor, if desired.
