High-Protein Chocolate Avocado Pudding

- Avocado100 g
- Protein Powder20 g
- Cocoa Powder10 g
- Maple Syrup10 ml
- Vanilla Extract2 ml
Instructions
- 1Step 1
Halve and pit 200g of ripe avocado. Scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor. (2 minutes)
- 2Step 2
Add 40g of protein powder, 20g of cocoa powder, 100ml of plant milk, 20ml of maple syrup, 4ml of vanilla extract, and 1g of salt to the blender. (3 minutes)

Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. This may take 3 minutes to achieve a silky texture. (3 minutes)

Divide the pudding between two bowls or glasses. Serve immediately or chill for a firmer consistency.
