- Chickpeas50 g
- Tahini5 g

Rinse and drain the chickpeas (50g). Peel and mince the garlic (3g). Wash and cut the carrot (40g) and bell pepper (40g) into sticks for dipping. (8 minutes)

In a food processor or using a fork, combine the rinsed chickpeas, Greek yogurt (150g), tahini (5g), lemon juice (5ml), minced garlic, cumin (1g), olive oil (3ml), salt (0.5g), and pepper (0.2g). Process or mash and stir until mostly smooth or desired consistency. (Total prep time: 8 minutes)
