Bell Pepper75 g

Whole Wheat Sourdough Bread35 g

Instructions

Dice the chicken breast into small, bite-sized pieces. Dice the zucchini, bell pepper, and onion.

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and cook for 5 minutes, until browned and cooked through.

Add diced zucchini, bell pepper, and onion to the pan. Sauté for 3 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender-crisp.
