- garlic, minced10 g
- sesame oil10 g
- cooking oil55 g
- salt1 to taste
- black pepper1 to taste
- mixed stir-fry vegetables600 g
- dairy-free soy sauce60 ml
- fresh ginger, minced10 g
- cornstarch15 g
- water50 ml
Instructions

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.

Heat 30g of cooking oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.

Add the chicken strips and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
