Boneless, skinless chicken breast220 g
Cooked brown rice220 g
Bell pepper (any color)100 g
Onion50 g
Fresh spinach50 g
Olive oil20 ml
Garlic powder2 g
Onion powder2 g
Smoked paprika1 g
Salt2 g
Black pepper1 g

Instructions

Dice the chicken breast into small, bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the bell pepper and onion.

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the diced chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the pan. Cook, stirring, until softened, about 3-5 minutes.

Stir in the cooked brown rice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring to combine and heat the rice.

Add the fresh spinach and cook just until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
