cooked chicken breast, diced150 g
egg, whole, raw100 g
onion, chopped50 g
bell pepper, sliced50 g
small corn tortilla50 g
olive oil10 ml
salt1 g
black pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and sliced bell pepper and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the diced cooked chicken breast to the pan and heat through.

In a small bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.

Pour the whisked eggs into the pan with the chicken and vegetables. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.

Warm the corn tortilla in a dry pan or microwave until pliable.
